About Sage Campus

Sage Campus supports the teaching and learning of skills and research methods through 280+ hours of structured online learning. The online courses are self-paced and instructor-led, comprising an engaging mix of Sage-quality content, video, interactives, and formative assessments. Topics cover critical skills and research methods for across all stages of academic study; navigating information, data literacy, research skills, data science skills, and getting published.

The user-friendly platform makes it simple for faculty to assign courses or for students and researchers to learn autonomously -- building practical skills for study, research and the workplace. Learn more about Sage Campus and meet the editorial team.


Sage Campus is a digital library product. Institutions or organizations can subscribe or purchase Sage Campus for institution-wide access to all 280+ hours of online learning. Libraries can subscribe for institution-wide access to:

  • Increase employability by equipping students and researchers with career-ready skills for both industry and research
  • Improve student success by using our courses to hone practical skills
  • Expand face-to-face training and make learning accessible for off campus students
  • Supplement classes with academically rigorous resources
  • Promote autonomous learning for students, researchers, and faculty to keep up with the latest skills and methods

Content & Learner Pathways

There are currently 280+ hours of online courses on the Sage Campus platform, with 50+ new hours added in 2022. Our courses cover critical skills and research methods that can be applied across all stages of academic study; from undergraduates looking to critically assess information to researchers looking to report and publish their data. 


Learner Pathways

All Sage Campus courses are stand-alone, so learners can easily pick and choose what they would like to learn. This also allows faculty to assign single courses to students. Pedagogical Approach

Sage Campus offers a unique learning style that supports instructors and students in meeting the demands of the modern-day classroom (whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid) at a pace that suits a range of teaching and learning needs.
